This “one-stop shop” website can provide you and your students answers to questions about Academic Advising, Financial Aid, Records and Registration, Student Accounts, Technical Assistance, Admissions, Adult Learning, Online Learning, and Military Veteran Services. More specifically, the OneStop can answer your questions about WSU Online’s admission requirements, resource materials, advising, tuition & fees, and Blackboard Issues.
In all basic Blackboard Shells, a link to the OneStop is available for faculty and students in the left-hand menu bar.
What can the OneStop do for me?
If you are having an issue with Blackboard or any of its accompanying software, the OneStop is a great resource for you. At the OneStop homepage, you can browse through FAQs or submit a question/request through the OneStop Ticketing System.
What is a ticket and how do I submit one?
The WSU OneStop uses tickets to file questions for students or faculty that need help. You can submit tickets by selecting “Create Ticket” in the top, right-hand corner of the OneStop homepage, call the 24/7/365 OneStop phone number, chat with a OneStop representative live on their homepage, or visit the OneStop office in person.
