Wichita State’s Counseling and Testing Center is now offering some of their most popular Words for Wellness sessions online! Students can access these sessions by logging in to Blackboard, where they will see a video player in the upper righthand corner of the “My Institution” page. As a professor, you can also direct your students to the trainings through an email or in your Blackboard class using the links provided below.
There are currently three trainings available: Time Management, Reducing Test Anxiety, and Handling Stress. Suicide prevention trainings will be added soon. To access or direct your students to the entire YouTube playlist of all the trainings as they are updated use this link: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3hwAwZEiCSe8SMiabVtftC2Pn2Zy4n6i

The Counseling and Testing Center worked with IDT to get this project started. If you know of a university office or organization that would like to reach WSU students with other useful information, contact IDT to see if we can help. And since everyone would benefit from learning to handle stress better, have a look at this Words for Wellness!
