We recently added two new members to our design team, and it’s about time we give them a voice on the podcast! Meet Torie and Taylor!
This is our fifth podcast and I have to say, I really think we’ve hit a milestone in both quality and content. Our new microphone setup installed by our Episode 4 guest, Ryan Corcoran has paid off beyond measure. Listen to Episode 4 and then listen to Episode 5. You’ll hear the huge jump in audio quality immediately. PLUS, we have our first student guest! We talk to John, a Loyola student currently taking MOOCs about the value he sees in these classes, along with some examples of what makes or breaks a good online course.
Take a listen to our latest episode recorded right here in the Wichita State Media Resources Center! We sat down with Ryan Corcoran, our Campus Media Services Manager to discuss the role of CMS and the many ways they can help solve your media related needs!
Mr. Wilson is a rookie online instructor who has survived his first 6 weeks of online teaching. He describes the planning, designing and delivering of an online course as initially, “intimidating” but ultimately, “exhilarating”.
We’re kicking off something new today: A Podcast. We’re calling it “Unknown Issues” because of the way we gnash and grind our teeth every time we hear a service provider say that a problem we’re having is a “Known Issue.”
How much do you hate assessment? Does the Bloom’s Taxonomy Wheel fill you with despair? What are your outcomes? Are they measurable?
